Jalaram Jyot Mandir
We are the Lohana Mahajan (UK) Trust, proudly managing Shree Jalaram Jyot Mandir in Sudbury, Wembley. Our mission is to serve the community through daily Prasad, devotional gatherings, and cultural celebrations.

Acquisition of Property and Early Challenges
In December 2004, the Lohana Community West London (LCWL) purchased a property at Repton Avenue, Sudbury, Wembley, Middlesex HA0 3DW under the Charitable Trust “Lohana Mahajan (UK) Trust” (LMT). The property remained unused until October 2008, primarily due to its dilapidated condition. The current Trustees for the LMT(UK) Trust are Girish Mashru, Mahendra Gokani, Dhiren Gadhia, and Dhiren Popat. The late C. J. Rabheru served as the Advisor to the Trust and Trustees.
On 12th August 2010, the Trustees, along with the late C. J. Rabheru, decided to open a Mandir at the property, naming it Shree Jalaram Jyot Mandir. The Mandir gradually became operational and is now a fully functional Jalaram Bapa’s Mandir that attracts thousands of devotees during special events. The Mandir serves Prasad (Sadavrat) daily from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, consisting of freshly cooked food prepared by qualified cooks. Over 80 people partake in Prasad daily, and on Thursdays, more than 300 devotees are served from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

Daily prasad service and Thursday events
Thursday evening Bhajans are extremely popular, attracting hundreds of devotees, with Prasad served to over 600 people on these occasions. The recitation of 21 Hanuman Chalisa on Saturdays is also very well-attended, drawing around 300 devotees who enjoy Prasad between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm. The Mandir also celebrates other major religious events such as Holi, Shivratri, Ram Navami, Hanuman Chalisa, and Mataji Lota, each drawing over 2000 devotees who are also offered Prasad.
In addition to religious events, the Mandir hosts regular celebrations such as Mataji Lota, Janmashtami, Saptah, Bhajans, birthday parties, and civil weddings. It maintains a tradition of serving pure vegetarian Prasad at every event, regardless of the number of attendees. A unique service provided by the Mandir is the arrangement of Prasad for bereaved families during Barmu or Termu ceremonies, along with facilities to hold these rites within the Mandir premises.
